Using the DD/C Model with Dr. Dawn Flanagan - Intermediate Level




This session will review the concepts, definitions, theory, and application of assessing for specific learning disabilities. 

Important Session Information:


Join this structured workshop as an evaluator who is continuing to learn and grow in the process of conducting evaluations utilizing Dual Discrepancy/ Consistency techniques. All participants should be comfortable in the prior use of Cross-Battery Assessment (XBA) and understand the construct of the Cattell-Horn-Carroll (CHC) Theory of intelligence as a precursor to enrolling.

This session is designed as an Intermediate Level course for those who have begun using XBA and need more information about the ongoing updates and changes. Participants should bring their own copy of the Essentials of Cross Battery Assessment Third Edition book and the newly released Cross-Battery Assessment Software System (X-BASS) software as well as an electronic device for participation in case study analysis.

This session is free to Region 12 School Districts and Charters. If seats are still available two weeks prior, then registration will open to participants outside of the Region 12 area.
