Join us for this intensive 2 day culinary training that will feature classes on creating menus with global flavors for Gen Z, incorporating farm to table into your menus, from scratch baking, and how to improve your food presentation.  This FREE class is sure to improve your menus and motivate your cooks.  Please note that this MAU will be held at Central Texas College in Killeen in the Roy J. Smith Student Center (Bldg 106).
