T-PESS: Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System




The Texas Principal Evaluation & Support System (T-PESS) is the principal evaluation system for the state of Texas designed to support principals in their professional development and help them improve as instructional leaders. This session will equip principal supervisors to fulfill the requirements of this evaluation system.

Important Session Information:


This session is for individuals who will appraise principals in the state evaluation system. Principals are welcome to attend with their supervisor, though the local orientation can be completed at the district.
