The Tx EIS Health application is most often used by the school nurse or school staff who do health aide or nursing duties.

Included in this session: entering vision, hearing, and spinal screenings, adding and updating immunizations, and completing state reports in a timely manner; entering a "nurse visit" into the system and retrieving students' visits if needed; printing out letters for parent/guardian will also be discussed.
