Join us for a “working session” as we review CCMR data. ESC 12 staff will walk participants through a guided session where there will be time to pull your own data. Please have access to or bring the following reports: CCMR Data Tables from 2019 and 2018 accountability and access to your local tracking system for 2020 CCMR (these are you 2019 grads). Time will be set aside to help generate ideas around high quality plans to generate points in CCMR and/or Outcome Bonuses. Participants will also receive assistance with crafting goals in SMART goal format using the X to Y by Z language.
