Formative assessment in K-2 Mathematics
Grades K-2



The very first step in supporting all learners' mastery  of mathematical concepts is to be able to measure their "in the moment" understanding of the skill. In this session  we practice incorporating research based methods to help assessing learning and adjusting instruction accordingly .

Enhanced Curriculum Co-op attends at no additional fee.

Do not miss the opportunity to be part of this innovative Virtual Learning PD hosted by Region 12. Participants will receive 6 hours of credit for this session. A portion of the session will be held virtually face-to-face via Zoom or another platform, and a portion will occur independently online.


This session will be a virtual training. You will receive an email inviting you to a Canvas course on July 7th, with a recommended timeline to complete the coursework. On July 14th, there will be a facilitated 1.5-hour Zoom in order to learn, reflect, and discuss the content, as well as set the next steps for the rest of the learning. The session will close in ESCWorks on July 21th in order to begin the process of awarding credit. 

 
*Attendance at the Zoom meeting, as well as active engagement throughout the Canvas course, is required to be awarded the full six hours of CPE credit.
