Dyslexia 101




In this session, participants will review and discuss Dyslexia basics according to the 2018 Updated Dyslexia Handbook. Topics include:  the definition, characteristics, at-risk factors, and other related hot topics/issues.  We will also review FAQs, legal requirements, and a glimpse into Dysgraphia. 

 


Important Session Information:


You found out you have several dyslexic students in your class. How do you serve them appropriately? What is dyslexia? What do I do? This course is designed to help teachers who need a refresher on dyslexia and best practices to help those students in the classroom.
