Federal Program Directors' Meeting

This session will cover ESSA requirements and updates.  

Topics to be discussed could include, but not limited to, the following:

Title I, Part A requirements, campus allocations, campus selection, and allowable use of funds;

Title I, Part A-Neglected;

Private Nonprofit School Participation, equitable services, and other private school participation requirements;

Comprehensive Needs Assessments and Improvement Plans;

Program Compliance;

Fiscal compliance to include, but not limited to, maintenance of effort, indirect cost rates, time and effort, EDGAR, supplement, not supplant;

Coordinating among federal programs, such as McKinney-Vento, Title I, Part C Migrant, Title III, Part A
