Schools are expected to have "Grief-Informed" and "Trauma-Informed" policies in place, per the 86th legislative session and SB 11. CBITS is a TEA-approved program for helping with this new mandate. 

Important Session Information:


The Cognitive Behavior Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS) program is a TEA-endorsed system that can help students in dealing with traumatic experiences. This session helps schools logistically and strategically structure their CBIT programs based on their own needs in a collaborative environment with peers who are implementing GI/TI programs per their new school policies.

Registered participants will receive the Zoom link prior to the session.
