G/T Basic III: Curriculum & Instruction for Gifted/Talented Students - Differentiating the Curriculum




Participants will gain knowledge of the principles of differentiation, critical features of curriculum for gifted learners, and appropriate curriculum to address advanced learners' characteristics. This is the third of the five state-mandated G/T basic workshops. This workshop meets state requirements for G/T basic training in curriculum and instruction. Prerequisites: G/T Basic I & II.

This session is Day 3 of the 30-hr training required of teachers who serve gifted students. 

G/T Co-op members may attend at no additional cost.

This model is an innovative hybrid learning model, blending both self-paced learnings with collaborative live opportunities via Zoom. The date listed is for the Zoom call...additional work may be required. All sessions will utilize a Canvas course for pre/post work. All sessions will be recorded for viewing if unable to attend the live session. If watching the recording we ask that you complete the accountability form in Canvas for attendance purposes.
