This 6hr GT update provides attendees with an opportunity to discuss current practices with the Texas State Performance Standard project and how these practices can be adjusted and molded to move towards Genius Hour for students. In order to abide by safety and health precautions, we will be working virtually in a variety of ways using our EmpowerED Learning Model. This model is an innovative hybrid learning model, blending both asynchronous, self-paced learning with collaborative synchronous opportunities. Some pieces we'll have you work through on your own and others we'll either work in small groups or individually using Zoom to communicate and discuss. Our Zoom meeting will take place on Friday, 10/23 from 10am-11:30am. The Zoom recording will be provided to all registered participants.
