This will be done using a Zoom meeting platform.

The Txeis "Health" application is used by a large number of schools. It is most often used by the school nurse or school staff who do health aide or nursing duties. Whether you are brand new to this system or you would like a refresher, this session will be beneficial.

Included in this session:

*entering vision, hearing, and spinal screenings; also, how to look up who still needs one, has an issue, or needs a rescreen.

*adding and updating immunizations, and completing state reports in a timely manner (We will also discuss Immtrac II)

*entering a "nurse visit" into the system and retrieving students' visits if needed

*printing out letters for parent/guardian will also be discussed.

Assure that you have a Txeis login and password for your school before attending this session.
