Session Detail

Creating a Confident “Mathy” Class Community

The extended spring break has brought multiple challenges. A decrease in some student’s self-confidence of their math ability is just one of many. In this session, we will dive into intentional, measurable strategies to support mathematical learning through emotional resilience. Topics such as connecting with each other, building confidence in self and math ability, and seeing math in every interaction will be explored - bringing out our inner “Mathy” self.
