This session will be held via zoom. Participants will receive the zoom link prior to the session. In addition, participants will also be asked to spend time working with their teams to review the readiness checklist prior to joining this session. The checklist is available at https://tiatexas.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/readiness_checklist_cohorts_c-d.pdf. LEAs will want to consider how "ready" or "prepared" they are for each indicator or success criteria listed. Is evidence available in writing or in electronic form that documents the procedure or protocol? What gaps exist or is there a question about what exactly is meant by each success criteria?
