Grades 3-5 Blended Session




Teachers, it's time to make a shift and let the students do the heavy lifting (thinking) in the math classroom!  In this session, you will walk away with strategies for orchestrating rich math talk by using specific techniques & engaging routines that both you & your students will love.  You will be excited to be the guide on the side as students display, explain, or justify ideas and arguments.

Do not miss the opportunity to be part of this innovative Blended Learning PD at Region 12.

Participants will receive 6 hours of credit for this session. A portion of the session will be held face-to-face and a portion will occur online.

  • Since this blended learning session includes a brief pre-session activity, the registration deadline for the session ends one week prior to the face-to-face date.
  • Please bring your own device if possible. (Optional)
