Tell Me: AAC in the Preschool Classroom




This opportunity provides a two day training with monthly virtual support during the school year for a classroom based team approach designed to empower ECSE teachers, paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to support the use of core vocabulary in AAC systems. Participants will learn about the key elements of the TELL ME program (Zangari & Wise, 2017) and learn how core language is addressed in shared reading and writing lessons, classroom routines, and in learning activities.

Registration is limited to teams that must include an ECSE teacher and SLP or SLPA.


Important Session Information:


Each team will receive a copy of Tell Me: AAC in the Preschool Classroom, along with the materials to implement 20 weeks of the program. Teams that register will meet face to face for two days of training and monthly via zoom during the 2021-2022 school year.
