2022




The Quality Leadership & ESC Synergy Conference is designed to increase innovation and service excellence across education service centers for the greater good of Texas students. Presentations focus on processes to ensure quality programs and services, best practices in continuous improvement and customer service strategies. Participants will share quality practices from their center and discuss how other centers can duplicate efforts and/or partner to expand programs across the state.
