The Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) is a service that was brought forth from the 86th legislative session under SB 11. It is intended to help provide access to mental health support for Texas schools. 

Important Session Information:


The Texas Child Health Access Through  Telemedicine (TCHATT) is a  service that is designed to provide access to therapists and supports to meet mental health needs for children in Texas schools. In this meeting, school leaders and personnel will be able to have a dialogue with members from the two providers who cover the ESC Region 12 service area and ask questions in anticipation of the 2020-2021 school year.
