Participants will receive information on the process for conducting a Comprehensive Needs Assessment. Training will include stakeholder engagement in the CNA process, examination of relevant academic achievement data, use of qualitative and quantitative data and developing documentation to show how the LEA or school conducted the needs assessment, results obtained, and conclusions drawn from the CNA. The Campus Improvement Planning training will include requirements and necessary steps to complete or update a CIP annually using tools and resources provided by TEA.
