Engagement Tools and Transition Tips for Early Childhood




The Prekindergarten day is full of times when students are moving from one activity to another.  As students move in the classroom, behaviors can occur because our youngest learners can’t always remember what to do or how to do it! Planning and practicing effective engagement tools and transition activities can maximize instructional time as students continue learning during every minute of the day. This session will explore strategies for engaging students during whole group learning as well as ways to successfully transition students from one activity or setting to another.  Join this session to add to your transition toolbox!
