Six Syllable Types for ALL Readers (K-12)

Words from a student, "I didn't learn anything in History class because I couldn't read it." If you're in this situation or want to learn how to help students "decode" words to improve fluency and comprehension, join us as we learn and practice the six types of syllables.

Important Session Information:

If you are experiencing this as a teacher, and you need to learn how to help students "read" the content you teach (even though you're not comfortable teaching "reading"), then this is the session for you! Learning how to decode words by using the six types of syllables will help ALL learners at ALL levels. To make this training beneficial for your needs, please bring a few copies of assignments provided to students. You will be able to write on the assignments, take notes, and walk out of the training prepared to help students!

Please note, this is a face-to-face session at ESC Region 12.
