We invite all ESC Region 12 district and campus staff and community partners who serve and support students with disabilities to this valuable collaboration event. It is through inter-agency collaboration that we see positive post-secondary outcomes for students. 

LEA, district, and campus staff will gain valuable information on supports and services available to students during and after high school. Community partners will learn more about services provided to students by the school districts. 

Most importantly, all participants will make the connections necessary to facilitate referrals from school staff to agency and community partners. This facilitation is a requirement of IDEA, and is measured by State Performance Plan Indicator 13.
