Introduction to the Teacher Incentive Allotment




This session will provide an introduction to the Teacher Incentive Allotment. LEAs will be provided a brief overview of the TIA before diving into the two key drivers of the system: teacher observation and student growth. Best practices and lessons learned will be shared and teams will walk away with action items and a timeline for completion of a successful application. LEAs are encouraged to bring a small team or thought partner to this session. Bringing a lead teacher to this session is a great way to begin engaging this key group of stakeholders.
