In this series, new principals will focus on the principalship as it builds throughout the year. Through networking, dialogue, and scenario-rich instruction, we will equip new principals with the necessary skills of time management, teacher appraisal, and instructional leadership. Additional topics embedded within the above areas of focus are change management and how to leverage human capital to build sustainable systems within your organization.
These sessions are appropriate for both the new and veteran principal as differentiation within sessions will be provided. Participants will have opportunities to work in mixed groups as well as through breakout sessions to focus on individual learning needs.
