The Annual Student Data Rollover (ASDR), formerly Move to Grade Reporting (MTGR) is a process that closes out the current school year and prepares student records for the next school year. This process occurs once a year prior to the start of school and is performed for the entire district. This session will walk you through the steps of performing the student data rollover for your district.
