Vision and Hearing Screening Practicum
hands-on for virtual follow-up sessions




This session is for those who received a provisional certification via a virtual training with DSHS last year due to COVID. Your provisional certification is good through 12/31/2022. Before then you must attend one of these practicum sessions. You must bring a copy of the provisional certificate to the class. This practicum will be for vision and/or hearing, and upon completion, certification will be extended for 5 years.
