Integrating Reading & Writing: A Workshop Model Approach for Grades 6-12




The interconnected nature of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and thinking must be central and explicit to classroom instruction. This session will explore the pathway to integrating reading and writing using a workshop model. Participants will learn the components of an effective workshop model, understand the importance of reading and writing integration, and how to seamlessly implement this structure in their classroom.

Enhanced Curriculum Co-op members and SI Engage Campuses may attend at no additional fee. Continuous Improvement Campuses may attend for $45.
