Reading Between the Lines for Grades 6-12




In this session, we will investigate the three types of inferring, and the instructional implications of each. We will take a close and studied look at strategies that will help students engage in the necessary types of inferring, evaluate the role of the TEKS, and participants will walk away with plans to implement strategies that will strengthen their students' ability to infer.
