This leadership series focuses assisting effective campus instructional leaders with developing the skills to develop, implement, and monitor clear roles and responsibilities, communication, and high-quality instruction. 

Important Session Information:


Managing communications effectively is a key dimension of leadership. Consistent written protocols and processes, including team meeting agendas, newsletters, and meeting norms should all align with the vision and expectations that have been selected as priorities for the campus. This session will focus on key elements in the effective communication of vision through all messaging from the campus leadership team.
