This leadership series focuses assisting effective campus instructional leaders with developing the skills to develop, implement, and monitor clear roles and responsibilities, communication, and high-quality instruction.

Strategic planning can help you to be a truly effective leader. This session focuses on scheduling core leadership tasks to be both an effective manager and instructional leader. Additionally, we will engage in conversation and learning around providing regularly scheduled, job-embedded professional development for the campus leadership team aligned to the campus needs.
