Doug Lemov speaks on dramatically improving teaching through the study of exceptional teachers. We'll discuss how teacher practices are bolstered and strengthened by the leadership we provide on a daily basis. 

Additionally, the session will provide guidance and time for leaders to clearly define team roles and responsibilities that will allow their campus leadership team to work towards goals much more efficiently. We will work to help campus leaders define a line between managerial and instructional leadership and how specific roles support each.
