Child Nutrition Verifying Eligibility




The verification process is required of each Contracting Entity every school year.  This process helps insure accuracy with meal applications and must be completed by November 15th each year.  Join us for an in-depth look at the Verification process and learn the essential information you need to know in order to choose your verification sample, determine how many applications you must verify and where to find the letters you must send home.  We will also cover the verification report you must file in TX-UNPS with your results by February 1st.  

Important Session Information:


As a result of attending this session participants will be able to properly apply their knowledge of required verification processes and reporting to ensure CE"s are in compliance with USDA regulations. This course will cover Verifying Elgibility and Direct Verification.
