2022 Summer Workshop Virtual Session - Food Safety

Preventing food borne illness is an enormous responsibility for all food service operations, but it is especially critical in child nutrition programs. The best way to prevent food borne illness is by integrating food safety and sanitation principles and practices into your food service operation. In this program, we will give an overview of developing a written school food safety program and standard operating procedures.
