Professional Food Manager Certification
CN 2022 Summer Workshop - PFMC

This course fulfills the instructional hours needed to become a Certified Food Manager. The Food Establishment Code requires that a Certified Food Manager be on-site at a food establishment any time potentially hazardous food is prepared or served. During the final two hours of the course, participants will sit for the Certified Food Manager exam.

This course is part of the 2022 Summer Workshop

This course is the National Restaurant Association (Servsafe) Professional Food Manager Certification training. Day 1 will be training all day and Day 2 will be a refresher and then the exam. The PFMC exam will be taken online and those examinees who pass will be able to view/print their certificates online through Servsafe. 

The cost of this training includes daily lunch & PFMC exam.
