Participants will learn required procedures for conducting Language Proficiency Assessment Committee meetings throughout the year, especially for the Beginning of Year LPACs.  Additional topics addressed will include documentation requirements, entry and exit criteria, instructional practices, assessment, and special programs that impact English Language Learners.
