CACFP - Planning Nutritious Meals and Snacks

This class addresses menu planning for breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks. The course will review developing cycle menus, menu planning for seasonal fruit and vegetables, costing, forecasting and recipes based on the CACFP Meal Pattern.

This class will cover ideas on how to incorporate notorious snacks into weekly child care menus.
