T-PESS 2020 Update




This half-day session is designed to update current T-PESS appraisers and principals on the revised T-PESS rubric aligned to the Effective Schools Framework. The rubric clarifies what effective principals should know and be able to do leading to increased consistency and rigor in their evaluation and development processes. Participants will take a deep dive into the revised rubric and best practices for using the T-PESS model will be emphasized throughout the training. A rubric has also been designed for assistant principals and more closely aligns with their job duties and responsibilities. Prior to registering for this half-day update, proof of the Original T-PESS 2-Day Training must be provided. The certificate look-up feature is located at the "resources" tab of the tpess.org website. 

Important Session Information:


This half day session is for those who had the initial 2-day T-PESS and are needing to update to the 2020 training. Please go to tpess.org and click in the upper right-hand corner to search for your initial 16 hour certificate. This training serves as an update and will not suffice for the initial required training.
