In this session, instructional leaders will explore practices to cultivate a culture of growth and development by integrating the ideas and practices of coaching throughout the school community. We will explore intentional coaching practices to individually and collectively align our skills, knowledge and responsibilities to the role of the administrator as an instructional leader. This training will provide tools to enhance planning, reflecting, problem-solving and instructional capabilities and practices for ourselves and the staff we coach.
