The 3rd grade Mathematics Achievement Academy was designed by TEA to support & deepen teachers' understanding of research-based instructional practices which can be utilized to build a strong conceptual & procedural foundation related to the priority standards targeting addition/subtraction, multiplication/ division, & fractions. Teachers will consider a logical learning progression for effectively teaching these foundational building blocks.

Eligible teachers will earn a $350 stipend for the successful completion of the 3 day academy.
