This session will provide a high-level overview of the Effective Schools Framework, including its purpose and development. The session will also develop participant’s understanding of the most important actions within the framework, including real-world examples of best practices in action in Texas schools and evidence samples to support each component of the framework.

Important Session Information:

Education Service Center Region 12 is committed to supporting educators and school personnel in their efforts to improve student outcomes. The Effective Schools Framework, developed by the state of Texas, describes essential actions and district commitments for five prioritized levers, outlined below. The Essential Actions describe what the most effective schools do to support powerful teaching and learning.
