Supporting Students with Disabilities Through Job Coaching

Participants will gain an understanding of different levels of support for students with various needs, both in the work-based learning classroom and on the job. We encourage all staff supporting students with disabilities in a work-based learning environment to take advantage of this training - CTE teachers, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and agency/community partners.

Participants will learn numerous skills associated with job coaching including task analysis, data collection, data interpretation, skill development, work place accommodations, teaching/coaching, and more.
