Summer Workshop - Food Production Records




This course provides Contracting Entities (CEs) with the knowledge necessary to accurately complete a Food Production Record (FPR). It begins with an overview of the general information contained within a FPR, and then discusses how to use a FPR as a tool to forecast future needs, manage the food service operation, support communication and demonstrate compliance with meal claims submitted for reimbursement.

Food Production Records. This training will be zoomed as part of the 2023 Child Nutrition Summer Workshop. Instruction will include Completing a Food Production Record and Required Documentation for a Food Production Record.
