Calling all teachers, speech pathologists, and related service providers supporting students with assistive technology! Join us for brief, monthly “lunch & learn” sessions! We will begin with guidance on consideration, instruction, funding, law review, and/or questions you have. Following, we will be introduced to the newest assistive technology devices offered by a variety of quality AT vendors/professionals.
Assistive technology products promote and facilitate meaningful communication, academics, and more, thus improving the lives of individuals with various disorders and disabilities. AT enables children with disabilities to participate more fully in all aspects of life (home, school, and community) and helps children access their right to a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.
