This class will cover the basics of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). We will review thestructure of the program as well as key program requirements. Recognize key requirements and duties of the
CACFP. Use the Square Meals website to access program resources.
Create a menu that meets the CACFP meal patterns.

CACFP 101 Operations 

This class is intended to give an overview of the operations portion of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Access and identify the different parts of the CACFP Meal Patterns. Describe the key requirements for different food components and supporting documentation. Access, and guide others to, crediting resources for different food items and age groups.
