Child Nutrition - Food Production Records

This course provides Contracting Entities (CEs) with the knowledge necessary to accurately complete a Food Production Record (FPR). It begins with an overview of the general information contained within a FPR, and then discusses how to use a FPR as a tool to forecast future needs, manage the food service operation, support communication and demonstrate compliance with meal claims submitted for reimbursement.
