Child Nutrition - Meal Accommodations for Allergies and Special Dietary Needs




This course will provide guidance on meeting the requirements for addressing special diet requests in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

 

Professional Codes:  1000 Nutrition, 1100 Menu Planning, 1160 Special Diets, Including Food Allergies, 2000 Operations, 2200 Serving Food, 2210 Portion Sizes / Special Diets.


Important Session Information:


Class is from 8:30 to 11:30.   Lunch is on your own.

There will be an afternoon Wellness Policy class  from 1-4 pm.  

The Wellness Policy class is a separate registration.
