T-PESS 2020 Update Overview




This overview provides the opportunity for participants to gain an understanding of the T-PESS process including activities that will occur throughout the course of the school year. The Principal Rubric, Principal Handbook, and associated forms and tools will be shared to help participants plan for beginning, middle, and end-of-year reflection and evaluation. Emphasis will be placed on the ongoing nature of the T-PESS process and how it promotes professional growth. This session is an overview/orientation only and does not provide certification for appraisers who evaluate principals. It will, however, provide the information districts may wish to provide for principals who evaluate their assistant principals using this process. This is a local decision. 
 

Important Session Information:


This is a 90-minute Zoom session. Registration will close on September 26 at noon. Participants who register will receive a Zoom link and the materials that need to be printed prior to the Zoom. There will also be a brief pre-session activity, along with a post-session follow-up to be completed at the conclusion of the session. Participants must have printed copies of the Principal Rubric, Principal Handbook, and a highlighter for use during the Zoom session.
