CACFP Food Production Records for Child & Adult Care Centers




This module introduces participants to the basic information contained within a food production record (FPR) form. Participants are first provided with a clear definition of FPRs. The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Food and Nutrition (F&N) forms are then reviewed in order to outline the general information contained within these documents.

This course covers what areas of information is needed on a meal production record, how to accurately complete a meal production record, and documentation needed to validate a meal production record.
