Child Nutrition - Web Based Supply Chain User Management System (WBSCM)

TDA is transitioning management of USDA Foods for the National School Lunch Program from TX-UNPS Food Distribution Program (FDP) to USDA's Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system.  Beginning January 2024, Recipient Agencies (RAs) will begin requesting, ordering, and managing entitlement in WBSCM.  Prior to receiving an active user account in WBSCM, recipient agencies must designate User Roles for anyone who wishes to access commodities.  The required courses vary by user role.  The following courses will be offered:

  1. RA001 FDP Entitlement
  2. RA002 FDP Menu Planning
  3. RA003 FDP Forecasting
  4. RA101 WBSCM Getting Started / Browser Setup* **
  5. RA102 WBSCM Entitlement **
  6. RA103 WBSCM Requisitions **
  7. RA 104 WBSCM Receipting (for Direct Ship RAs only) **
  8. RA105 WBSCM Account Setup*
  9. RA 106 WBSCM Reports

**Required for Order Manager

Important Session Information:

This course is the final installment of our WBSCM courses and will show you how to run reports in WBSCM.  While not required to receive your WBSCM login, it is recommended so you can utilize WBSCM fully.
