The purpose of the Transition Services Greatest Hits training is to take a closer look at some highlights from three courses created by the Texas Education Agency’s (TEA) Student-Centered Transitions Network: Conducting Necessary Transition Assessments, Coordinated Set of Activities, and Writing Appropriate Measurable Postsecondary Goals. This training will provide guidance for planning and implementation of transition services practices using information and tools from these courses.

Participants in the Transition Services Greatest Hits training will be eligible for a free follow-up coaching opportunity with the ESC Region 12 Transition Specialist for any of the three-course topics covered in this training.
